Returns and exchange details
We want to ensure all our customers are as delighted as we are! If you do have an issue with your product we would love to hear from you so we can work towards a resolution. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalised products.
Please note there will be no refunds/ partial refunds or replacements if your text was not supplied correctly in the notes to seller section. (This also applies to messages sent correcting text, it must be correct in the notes to seller section at time of order. We can not guarantee messages will be given in time to the artist prior to the processing of your order. If error occurs client must pay return postage to rectify however we will cover postage back to the client) This also refers to digital proofs. If possible we will amend the design however there may be additional costs involved and confirmation from chalk and co must be received in order to change specifications. (Please see above for additional postage costs to have your item rectified) We are not held liable for any other discrepancies in mistakes within the artwork of the boards if the digital proof is approved. We do our best to ensure all clients receive a digital proof at no additional cost so it is the clients responsibility to ensure the FINAL digital proof is correct.
Refunds/Cancelations:
Refunds will be given to non personalised products should you wish to return them due to quality or change of mind. It is important you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for this to occur. Goods must be in original condition and original packaging. Partial refunds will not be given, you must return the product in its original condition for a refund. A restocking and administration fee is required.
We do not offer refunds or returns on personalised products. Cancelations are not accepted however we will judge each case individually based on the reasoning. We are also required to charge an admin fee of 15% of the entire order. If we have not for-filled your order or commenced your order we will happily refund your cancelation request.
Faulty:
Please note sometimes faulty or sub standard items make their way to you. Please contact us within three days of receiving your item to let us know. Please keep your packaging and note return to seller on the original packaging. This will be at no additional Cost. To cover your parcel please lodge it with Australia post and ensure that you have a receipt for proof of postage. We will then send out a replacement of your item or refund on return of your item.
We can only do this if you communicate with us any discrepancies in your order as soon as possible. Please understand all items must be returned in their original condition, original packaging and original shipping. For example, cards that have been written on will not be replaced or refunded. Items must be in a resealable condition or in case of damaged/faulty returned to us in the condition stated.
Missing or Lost parcels:
Please note it is the customers responsibility to investigate lost or missing parcels. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please get in touch asap to let us know. We will do everything we can to ensure your parcel is located.
We can not be held liable for lost or missing parcels that include tracking in your order.
In the case of a lost or missing parcel you must notify us within 14 business days after your order. We can not assist in any way after this period of time.
If you wish to add insurance to your postage or a signature on delivery please get in touch prior to your order.
*Chalknco must determine the parcel is damaged by photographic evidence and the item may or may not be requested to be returned. Chalknco must also be required to investigate lost parcels with the courier and cross check addresses etc. Only once a letter of notification from the Courier company that the parcel is in fact lost can we organise a replacement or refund.
MARBLE COASTERS POLICY
Please note our marble coasters are a natural poreous material that vary in nature from coaster to coaster. We only use natural carrera marble which can be soft. Whilst the upmost care is taken when packaging and creating your coasters Small chips in the base of the coaster near the felt are expected however replacements will be issued where possible (stock permitting) for chips in the top of the coaster. Irregularities between coaster edges should also be expected however major chips and breakages will be replaced or refunded. Should we not be able to meet your expectations on replacements we will refund the client for the coasters in question if they suit the above requirements.
Incorrectly spelt coasters will be replaced if they have been supplied correctly (again stock permitting) if this is not possible chalknco will refund the client for the incorrect coasters. We will under all circumstances try our best to send replacements express and without hassle however we can not guarantee stock availability or time availability with your replacements.
Should you have an issue with your coaster order please email us photos of the coasters in question along with your query, email subject COASTER ADJUSTMENT so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
